Dundalk Betting Tips

WAR ROOM in the 3.15 comes out as the best bet at Dundalk this afternoon. A four-time winner at Dundalk, with two of those coming over this trip his chance has to be respected. He raced at Fairyhouse last time out on turf and put in a performance well below par, that was not his true form and a return to this course and on this surface can only work in his favour.

Trainer Duffy has been quoted as saying he is a hardy little bugger and loves Dundlak, and any trip between a mile and a mile and a half suits him just fine. He has run twice at the track this year, finishing fifth and second respectively and is taken that hecan go one better in today's contest. Again a nice price at around 12/1 and best priced at Bet365, you can add him to your betslip

Another runner on the card who is returning to the venue of her best form comes just half an hour later in the 3.50 in the form of ARCARA who beat Aspar last time out who has gone on to win a few days ago. The one question there may be is her ability at this 7 furlong trip when the better and most recent form has been shown over shorter although, again, at a best priced 14/1 with Betway she is worth interest, even if each way only.

Killarney Betting Tips

We will have to wait until the very last race on the card to bring you the NAP at Killarney tonight but we think it should be worth the wait.

SANDYMOUNT DUKE is the selection. Just his third race over fences he has already applied himself well to the discipline and looks like becoming an even better chaser than he was a hurdler. There is some doubt in quarters that the NAP is not suited by the Killarney track having been beaten here twice but we think that has only helped in offering a bit more value in his price than might otherwise be available. Unplaced only 4 times from 14 races and in the company of regualr jockey Robbie Power who has ridden him to no fewer than five wins and a further three places from 9 rides. Duke rates as the best bet of the day - Bring on 8.50!

He is best priced 3.75 with Paddy Power as I write and everyone else is shorter - get the price straight on your betslip by clicking here
