Dundalk v Cork City

Bohemians v St Pats

Bohs were punished for wasting chances against Derry last week in a 1-0 defeat while Pats lost away to top division newcomers Waterford. Bohs will be hoping to have Dinny Corcoran back in the starting XI as he looks to form a partnership with new recruit Eoghan Stokes. Pats started the season off relatively well by running champions Cork close and grabbing an away win at Bray. They were well beaten by Waterford but look to have more of a goal threat this season.

Betting prediction: Over 2.5 goals 23/10

Limerick v Bray

Limerick and Bray suffered very heavy defeats last week. Liemrick were hammered 8-0 away to Dundalk and Bray were thrashed 6-0 away to Shamrock Rovers. It's likely that these two will be fighting it out for survival so this is already an important game and one that both sides will be desperate to win. Limerick have 4 points from their opening 3 games so you can argue the pressure is all on Bray to at least not lose this one. This could be a scrappy affair with both sides looking to shore up their defences after taking a battering.

Betting prediction: Both Teams To Score No 21/20

Sligo Rovers v Waterford

Sligo have 1 win out of 3 so far and will play their fourth home game in a row as they host Waterford. They fell to a 4-1 defeat to Cork last time but that's not really what they'll be measured on. In Adam Morgan they have a goalscorer who should go on to reach the 15-goal mark this season. Waterford fans are understandly delighted with their start to the season following home wins over Derry & St Pats. They gave a good account of themselves away to Cork and look to be no pushovers back in the top league.

Betting Prediction: Both Teams to Score Yes 4/5 and BTTS & Waterford Win 4/1

Shamrock Rovers v Derry City

Shamrock Rovers trounced Bray Wanderers 6-0 at Tallaght Stadium while Derry beat Rovers' great rivals Bohs 1-0 at Dalymount Park. Manager Kenny Shiels said he didn't expect his side to pick up any points in their first four games this season and has expressed his frustration at not being able to train at their new ground yet. This will be their fourth away game on the trot as The Brandywell is being readied for the game against Dundalk. You can expect a tight encounter here with Derry going about their business in similar fashion to the Bohs game.

Betting prediction: Under 2.5 Goals 4/6 and Half Time/Full Time Draw/Draw 4/1
