Betting Preview For This Weekend's GAA ActionThe football qualifiers take centre stage in the world of GAA this weekend with a Munster Final between Cork & Kerry thrown in for good measure. These are our pick of the best bets for this weekend's action along with the best free bet and money back specials;
1) Waterford v Monaghan Saturday 2pm
Waterford pulled off an impressive victory in the first round of the qualifiers by beating neighbours Wexford by 3 points. Monaghan somehow managed to lose to Fermanagh in the Ulster semi-final despite being on top for most of the game.
Indeed, that game showed Monaghan's frailties in the scoring department as they spurned chances and lacked creativity in other spells. This should be the perfect game for them to bounce back though and while they may not have the deadliest of forward lines, it should be a game where they dominate and make better use of their chances. Let's not forget it's only 2 games ago where Monaghan scored 1-18 against Tyrone!
Betting Tips: Monaghan Over 1.5 Goals 5/6 / Conor Mcmanus to score a goal at any stage & Monaghan To Win @ 11/8
2) Carlow v Tyrone Saturday 5pm
Tyrone overcame Meath after extra-time in the previous round as they just about kept their summer of football alive. Carlow were beaten by 4 points in the Leinster semi-final at the hands of Laois. Once again, we'll see quite an attritional game with Carlow looking to keep it tight and staying in touch in the first-half.
Betting Tips: Carlow Handicap +9 @ 1/2
3) Tipperary v Mayo Saturday 5pm
Tipp overcame Waterford in their game but disappointed against Cork and face a Mayo team going through another summer in the qualifiers. Sould they make the All-Ireland final again, they'll be wanting a less stressful route than last year where extra-time became a regular occurence for them throughout the summer. Galway got the better of them in Connacht but they should have enough to get the better of Tipp on Saturday evening.
Betting Tips: Mayo Handicap -3 @ 4/6 / Cillian O'Connor to Score a goal at any stage & Mayo to win @ 2/1
4) Cork v Kerry Saturday 7pm
A Saturday evening Munster final between two familiar foes at this stage. Cork thumped Tipp in the semi-final of the Munster Championship and kerry did the same to Clare with a 22-point victory. Both teams will be looking for better campaigns than last year and Cork look to be on the right track for that at least this year. Kerry had 7 players making their championship debut in their game. Luke Connolly will be a ig danger for the Kerry backs once more. he kicked 10 points against Tipp as his fine form over the past year continues.
Betting Tips: Cork Handicap +4 @ Evs / Cork Over 16.5 Points @ 10/11
