A tough group with the top three sides yet to be beaten. Going into the game Serbia top the group two points ahead of the Republic. This has been a group where draws dominate with Serbia having draw 3, The Republic 4 and Wales 5 of the 7 games theses sides have played so far. The game in Serbia end 2-2 and 3 of the 4 games played between these two sides have also end in draws so I am going for a 1-1 result in a very close match.

Portsmouth came up from league two last season and are strong at home. Rotherham came down from the Championship last term and in 23 league away games managed just 2 points. They have lost their first two away games in league One and I cannot see that changing today.

In the last 12 meetings between these two sides going back to 1993 only three have ended with where both sides have failed to score.

Cork have been in poor form recently compared to how they started the league campaign. Their away form in the league is still good but they have lost games recently they should of won, most notably at home to Bohemians and Sligo. Shamrock are in great form at the moment having won their last 5 games in all competitions and having put Cork out of the League Cup thanks to a last minute goal in extra time. Given the odds I am going for a home win tonight.
