So Beloved is the highest rated horse in the race and drops down to listed level here after finishing 2nd in a Group 1 last time out. He should win this.

Mick The Jiver returns to hurdles here after a long lay off but that shouldnt bother him. He ran a blinder last time out over fences and i expect a huge run here

Massa Lubrense is 1 of 3 joint top rated in the race with a mark of 72. He finished a decent 3rd at Dundalk back in December but was off the track until running just over a month ago. He finished 6th which was a decent effort considering the amount of time off the track. He should be much fitter here and should run well.

Jury Duty was by far the best of these over hurdles and if he jumps a clear round here, he should be able to win what looks quite an easy race on paper.

Arkwrisht was a trends selection when he finished 2nd last time out in the Kerry National. He is 1 of 4 trend selections in this race but can win this on the back of that good run, despite a 7lb rise.

Only 4 runners here but they all have a chance on paper. Childrens List wasn't very good over hurdles or on his chasing debut but he did win next time out, albeit back in December. I like the look of both Bromhead runners and its the outsider of 2 who i fancy, he gets a nice 3lb claim from a decent jockey and has some good form in graded chases.

Hurricane Darwin had struggled over hurdles so was sent over fences last time out. He won that quite nicely and runs back over hurdles here off a 15lb lower mark.

Fintara has only won once before, and that was over this trip and now running back over this trip on her handicap debut he can make good use of a decent mark to grab her first hurdle win.

Fabulous Saga has hacked up in both of his hurdles races to date, winning both by 20 lengths. Ruby has made the wrong choice before but i think he has made the right choice here.

Mega Fortune should win this in a canter, he only has to give 6lb to both of his rivals but is rated almost 2 stone better than them.

Death Duty was a top class novice hurdler last season and would surely only need to make a clear round on his chasing debut to win this. The Mullins horse looks like the only 1 to be any type of challenger

Roaring Bull won a punchestown bumper back in April and wouldn't need to be the best horse in the world to win what looks a very weak race.

Creation has had a hurdles run before, back in her french days and she was beaten by 2 decent mares in bumpers in her other 2 runs. If she improves from her hurdling debut, she can win this.

Rathvinden could well win this but i always worry about horses of his age going novice chasing. Potters Point finished 5 lengths behind but has won his last 2 starts and does get 3lb, which could make all the difference.

Persistent has only gone up 1lb for finishing 2nd last time out. He carries bottom weight here and that could be a huge advantage on todays ground.

Sayar has only had 1 run and won so could be anything but Willie Mullins should know how he will fair against Housesofparliament after he finished beaten behind another Mullins horse last season.

Ex Patriot is rated the same as Jer's Girl yet gets 6lb and comes here fresh after a run just under 3 weeks ago. He could be a decent hurdler this season and has a great chance here.

Downforce is the 2nd best rated horse in the race and runs just a week after a poor effort last time out. If he runs to his previous form he can win this.

On The Go Again is looking for a hat trick on the flat and comes here fresh from a national hunt win at Listowel 3 weeks ago, he looks primed to get the hat trick

Lucius Tiberius ran the best of the Coolmore trio on debut, and Madrid flopped as a favourite next time out too. The jockey bookings don't suggest that this fella is the best but they often get it wrong.
