Won a maiden at Listowel over 1m last September on heavy ground and his last three runs have been very encouraging with two runner up spots over 1m 1f and 1m 4f both on heavy ground and latest finished 5th again on heavy ground but only beaten 4 lengths over this distance. Has nice draw today and on same mark but jockey takes off 5lb so i think can win this.

Won on the flat over similar distance at Sligo last August on very heavy ground and races off the same mark today. Has been fairly consistent for Niall Madden since and won a hurdle here in April with ground also heavy that day. Decent 4th at Downpatrick latest on the flat over 2m and this drop in trip gives him real chance of another win under these conditions

Two good runs in august over 6f and 5f finishing 4th both times in big field handicaps. Jockey takes off 5lb today and ground also shouldn't be a problem as was soft on last outing so definite chance of improvement and can win this.

Finished 4th on soft heavy ground end of september on only second outing over 1m 1f. This ground will suit and i think drop in trip also. Open to plenty of improvement and can win this for join form yard

nic draw here and now has rory cleary on board after a good third at limerick on very heavy ground on only his second run. i think can improve enough to win this

Won well at Dundalk latest over 1m 2f and this longer trip should suit. Has outside draw so can stay out of trouble and has every chance of follow up win.

Titus might be up to winning this open contest. Weld said he was one of his best 3yr olds and looks very well in here on a mark of 90.

They beat ballintubber last year in the semi final by six points on the way to being champions and I think it will be a similar score line today.

This should be a formality for crokes with their much superior experience and while south Kerry have done well to get here they should be soundly beaten

Rathvilly should have won this first time round missing a few very scorsable frees and thou up 1-5 to 0-3 at half time it should have been more. I don’t think their chance is gone and can win this replay

Ran well on nursery debut off this mark and should improve from that outing. Off same mark and I think the one to beat

Derry did well at turners cross on Tuesday night keeping them scoreless and still going for 4th in the league and a place in Europe they have everything to play for so I think can win away from home tonight.

Runner up as a 2year old in a group one and didn’t run at 3. Switched to O’Brien and seems to be getting back to hang of things and from good draw has every chance of win here

Rovers have had some poor results lately losing to Dundalk in the cup at home and again at home drawing with Sligo but bray haven’t been any better and I think rovers can get back to winning ways.

Limerick look to be Dave while Galway still need the points and I think both sides would happily settle for a draw in their current situation.

Both sides have found it hard to score recently and I think would quite happily settle for a point a piece here. I think there might not be many chances in what should be very poor conditions and 0-0 is a good option.

Beaten only a length here in August and ran into trouble next time out to finish 5th. If clear run tonight then can win this.

Smullen might just be able to win this. Mid division last time out but has shown ability and I think has good chance

Hugo Palmer doesn't send many over here so I think Aventinus is one to watch with Billy Lee on board. Is a winner three times over this trip and has won on the aw at Lingfield. This looks easier than his fifth at Doncaster latest and cheekpieces can bring enough improvement to win this.

Finished runner up here two weeks ago under a 7lb claimer only beaten a head and from a great draw tonight can win what is a much weaker race for in form yard.
